Brook Gardner is the BEST realtor I've ever worked with, and I have bought and sold over 10 homes. Great communication is necessary in home buying and he as all over it. Although he is VERY professional, there is a warm humanity about him that makes you know you are in good hands. I never felt out of the loop, and I always knew he was straight-shooting with me. If I ever leave Bend, I will return to him to sell my home.
